if you enclose land then all the other factors must kick in automatically, so no precise written history is necessary.

As to free time, this may be a popular myth generated in warm countries where it all started.

Average lifespan would have been 30/40 years, survival was a matter of living between harvests. You had family time because there was little else, if you discount wars.

Wars then, as now, were about resources.

We will live in balance with the planet after the planet itself has rebalanced us
