The American people continue to believe in Trump because anyone who has been sold astake in a Ponzi scheme refuses to accept that id IS a Ponzi acheme

Such an admissin would be admission of stupidity

And no one wants to be seen as stupid, still less to be forced to admit it.

So they carry on, the awareness nagging away inside that things are not right, desperately looking for a way out, to find the utopian infinity that they cheered for back in 2016

Coming to the gut wrenching conclusion that America isn't great after all, and the nation is in its terminal decline., not knowing what can be done about it, semanding that something IS done about it.

And falling into the collective trap of believing that prosperity is something you vote for
