thanks for reassuring me that the sacrifice thing wasn’t totally insane

i thought long and hard before writing that , because as far as I can see, no one else has pointed that out. I really was going out on a limb with that one— -but I could come to no other conclusion.

The economic system is collapsing, the gods are angry — they must be appeased

sounds utterly crazy

yet I know deep down that it isn’t.

And I think Trump is a symptom, not the cause. Pence is crazier in my opinion

I wrote an article back in 2011 that a fascist POTUS was inevitable by 2016 or 20.

That’s part of what frightens me about my ‘sacrifices’ thinking.
