i fully accept that I might be missing something in this
feel free to point out where I go wrong:
I dig your garden
you repair my car
no money changes hands, and equal amount of energy has been traded between us and each is happy with the deal
if I dig your garden, for cash, and I define my effort as having a value according to my wishes and wants, then I can value my work at the value of a Ferrari (which I want).
You then tell me to get lost.
I sue you for the value I put on my day’s digging, and the judge also tells me to get lost. (and probably asks if I read the sanity claus in our contract)
