all very well to scream Unfair!!! — it is, but that implies control, and controllers, throughout history have always been unpleasant characters

is the brain surgeon to be directed to those requiring his skills? Is he to be forced to do what he does? How?

Insist on income fairness by all means, but don’t let’s lose sight of reality among the words of rhetoric.
