100k years ago when a hunter gatherer group killed a bison or a mammoth, or whatever, it was their energy-resource for a month.

a kill like that backed up group strength and survivability. They were not inclined to share it without means of reward or exchange, ultimately beneficial to themselves.

We may think of ourselves as progressive and civilised, but in therms of basic survival instinct we have not progressed at all. We carry an unbroken line back to our ancient forebears where we were forced to survive at all costs.

fast forward to ‘modern’ times, and this is what colonial invaders did — -grabbed what was available toimprove their own lives, not caring if it was at the expense of others. By pure accident of geogy and religion, the industrial revolution happened in the nothern hemisphere, which immediately provided the means to sujugate the southern hemisphere.

had circumstances been reversed, the opposite vwould have happened. The brown races would have swept north and overwhelmed the whites.
